Bill was born December 23, 1939 in Booneville, Arkansas to J.B. Fitzpatrick and Josie Lorene Boggs. He married Elvira “Vera” Alvarez on May 26, 1980 in Grand Prairie. Bill was self-employed in construction, painting and carpentry. He loved animals and children, and spent many vacations taking the grandkids on trips.
Mr. Fitzpatrick was preceded in death by one daughter, Donna Fitzpatrick, and by three brothers, Billy Ray Boggs, Lloyd Hubbard, and Luther Hedrick Cooper.
Survivors include his wife Vera Fitzpatrick of Covington, three daughters, Beth Fitzpatrick, Sherry Fitzpatrick, and Dana Fitzpatrick, two step-children, Misty Thompson and David Thompson, two brothers, Ronnie Hubbard and David Hubbard, five sisters, Jackie Johnston, Bonnie Cantu, Yetta Judd, Brenda Nase, and Rapha Sullivan, ten grandchildren, Mike Fitzpatrick, Brandon Fitzpatrick, Shaun Smith, Justin Smith, Jason Griffin, Jonathon Griffin, Melissa Briscoe, Eric Roesler, Misty Allison and Nicole Spitzer and three step-grandchildren, Willie Stanco, Samantha Thompson, and Taylor Thompson.
