- Betty Vaughn, 82, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Arlington Memorial Hospital.
SERVICE: 2 p.m. Tuesday at First Christian Church in Arlington. Interment at Parkdale Cemetery. Visitation: Monday 5-7 p.m. Moore Funeral Home on Bowen Road in Arlington.
MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to First Christian Church Memorial Fund. Mrs. Vaughn was born Oct 17, 1933 in Patoka, Illinois.
SURVIVORS: Her husband of 65 years Richard P. Vaughn, sons Allen Vaughn and wife Teresa, and Michael Vaughn, sister Pearl Risinger, brother, James Howell, grandchildren Bryan Vaughn and Terrance Vaughn and their families, great-grand children Benjamin and Andrew Vaughn. She was preceded in death by her son David Vaughn.
