Betty Parker

complications from Alzheimer's. Betty was born on January 17, 1936 in Mulberry, Arkansas

to James Bruce and Oma Marvin.

In 1958 Betty met the love of her life, Billy M Parker while working at TEMCO Aircraft. They were married on January 23, 1959. Betty and Bill moved to Arlington, Texas where they raised their two children. She was a devoted and loving wife and mother who created a happy home for her family.

In their retirement, Betty and Bill traveled extensively throughout the United States including Alaska and most of Canada in their RV. Their summers were spent in Colorado.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, James and Oma Bruce; her sister, Sylvia Hartsfield and her brother, James Bruce.

Betty is survived by her husband of 59 years, Billy M Parker; daughters, Jill (Paul) Coble of Burleson and Kim (Brent) Peters of Wanship, Utah. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Paige Coble, Brian Coble, Megan Peters and Ian Peters; and two great grandchildren, Cooper and Quinn Coble.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 pm Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Moore Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Moore Memorial Gardens, 1219 N Davis Dr., Arlington, TX 76012.
