William R Simons was born on April 21, 1962 in Des Plaines, Illinois to Joseph and Margaret (nee Thomson) Simons. He died Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village, IL.
Mr. Simons worked as a Freight Loader.
He was an avid fan of Chicago sports teams, particularly the Blackhawks, Bears and the Cubs.
William is survived by his spouse Patricia G. Simons (nee Wooten); daughters Suzanne I Simons, Jackalyn G. Simons and Kimberly Fay (nee Wooten); Granddaughters Carena and Hannah; and brothers Timothy and Ralph Simons.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Simons.
Visitation Tuesday, October 24, 2017 from 3:00 pm until time of Funeral Service at 7:00pm at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.), Arlington Heights, IL.
