Vincent M. Brandom was born July 10, 1920 in Chicago to Linn and Daisy (nee Morelli) Brandom. He died January 9, 2018 at JourneyCare Hospice in Barrington.
Vincent was a music publisher, owner of Brandom Music Publishing Company. Some of the more notable songs that he published was, Night Train and Pretend. He was also a horse racing enthusiast, spending much of his time placing winning bets at Arlington Park.
Vincent is survived his daughters Barbara (Parnell) Murray, Bonnie (Robert) Frick and Brenda Bowman; his grandchildren Tracy (Anthony) Allegra, Ashley (Geoffrey) Pasquesi, Brian (April) Frick and Ed Bowman; his greatgrandchildren Luciana, Nella, Rocco, Kyle, Alyssa and a baby on the way.
Vincent is preceded in death by his wife Betty (nee Webb) Brandom; his brothers Kenneth (late Dolores) Brandom and Ben (Carol) Brandom and by his parents.
Visitation Friday, January 12, 2018 from 9:00 AM until time of prayers at 11:15 AM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights to St. Mary Parish, 10 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove, IL for Mass at 12:00 PM. Interment Private.
