Peter T. Arvanitis

Peter was the beloved husband of the late Panagoula “Pat” Arvanitis; loving father of Ted (Kathy) Arvanitis, Gus (Patti) Arvanitis and Patrice (Perry) Bazianos; cherished grandfather of Paige (Phillip) Kaiteris, Peter Arvanitis, Pano Arvanitis, Peter Bazianos, Tasha Bazianos and Julia Bazianos; dear brother of Maria (Andreas) Gallanis, Gus (Vasiliki) Arvanitis, Fotoula (late Nick) Argyros and the late Dena (late Andreas) Spyropoulos and fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday, May 7, 2022 from 10:00 AM until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, 2350 E. Dempster Street, Des Plaines. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations in Peter’s name may be made to the Central Society Tsipianiton of Chicago, 733 Lee Street, Suite 100B, Des Plaines, IL 60016 (nestani.com). These donations will be put toward the benefit of Peter’s beloved birthplace, Nestani.
