Pauline R. Kubas (nee Rappuchi), 83, was born January 25, 1934 in Buhl, Minnesota to Eugene and Matilda Rappuchi and passed away February 24, 2017. Beloved wife of Fred Kubas; loving mother of Jeff (Leslie) Kubas and Jami (Kevin) Milne; cherished grandmother of Elizabeth, Emily, Jeffery, Julianne and Keith; dear great-grandmother of Hayden, Elliott, Brynn and Aaron; fond sister of 7 and aunt to many nieces and nephews. A Memorial mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Queen of the Rosary Catholic Church, 750 W. Elk Grove Blvd., Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Alexian Brothers Hospice appreciated.
