He passed peacefully on December 9, 2024 after 95 years serving our Lord. Born January 4, 1929 in Melrose Park, Illinois to the late Arthur Paul and Paula Maria Johanna (nee Voigt) Colberg.
Loving husband of 71 years to Carol Elaine (nee Jeschke) Colberg. Caring father to Alan Arthur Colberg (wife Loretta). Proud grandfather of three grandchildren, Laura, Meredith and Cece and two great-grandchildren, Stella and Henry.
Kenneth graduated from Proviso High School and furthered his education at the University of Illinois. He dedicated 42 years of his life to his successful career as a research chemist at the American Can Company.
Services for Kenneth will be held on Monday, December 16, 2024 at Saint Peter Lutheran Church 111 W Olive St, Arlington Heights, IL with visitation starting at 10:00 AM until the time of mass at 11:00 AM. A graveside service will follow at Saint Peter Lutheran Cemetery 2501 E Euclid Ave, Arlington Heights, IL.
