Charles L. Holler III, 74, a 45 year resident of Des Plaines, died quietly and peacefully in his sleep on September 22, 2011. Chuck was born Feb. 4, 1937 in Baltimore, MD to the late Charles and Peg Holler. He was Bobbi’s precious husband for 50 years; loving father of Chip (Kim) and Debbie (Pat) Hanslip; loving grandfather of Alison Hanslip, Alex and Gracie Holler who will greatly miss there “papa”; dear brother of Lillian Shotwell. Our special thoughts go out to our nieces, nephews, cousins and our friends. When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. Chuck was special and if he knew you, you were special too. An open house to celebrate his life will be held at the family home on October 2, 2011 from 2-6PM.
