Ann M. Spengler

Ann M. Spengler, 91, formerly of Arlington Heights was born September 6, 1923 in Chicago to the late Patrick and Catherine (nee O’Keefe) O’Shea and passed away May 23, 2015. Ann was the former District 25 PTA President and formerly employed by Schwinn Sales Midwest and the Fluke Corporation. Ann was the beloved wife of the late Donald J. Spengler; loving mother of Donald Spengler, Catherine (Herbert) Tardy, Diane (Randall) Perini and Mary (Mark) McCarter; cherished grandmother of Lauren Bordignon, Michelle Perini, Gregory Perini, Margaret McCarter and Brian McCarter and was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 5 sisters. Visitation will be Thursday, May 28, 2015 from 3-8 PM at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights. Prayers will be said Friday, May 29 at 12:15 PM at the funeral home and proceed to St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights for funeral mass at 1:00 PM. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Arlington Heights Memorial Library, 500 N. Dunton Street, Arlington Heights, IL 60004 appreciated.
