Johnny Lee Fields, 59, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2024 following a brief illness.

Johnny was born in Forsyth County, August 9, 1965, a son of Roger and Janice Turner Fields. He loved going to Cherokee and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Johnny was preceded in death by his father, two sisters, and a brother.

Surviving are his wife, Joyce Fields; two daughters, Jessica Foreman (Bryan) and Phyllis Parsons; his mother, Janice Hunt; a sister, Melissa Everhart; a brother, Randy Fields; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, Archdale, Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 6 until 8 p.m.
