Rodney Trimble

February 22, 1959 - August 29, 2010

Rodney was born on February 22, 1959 in Hoopa, CA to Donald Trimble, Sr.& Sylvia Mc-Covey. He passed away on August 29, 2010 in Eureka, Ca at the age of 51. Roddy fought a hard battle but he gave his life to the Lord and was still full of his funny sense of humor and will always be Big R. He was the best husband, father and papa anyone could ask for and will always live in our hearts. He is survived by his loving spouse, Laura Trimble, loving mother Sylvia McCovey-Carroll & his other mom & dad, Toots & Jay Rowland . Daughters Lena Trimble, Melissa Ammon, Julie Trimble and Stephanie Trimble. Sons Jeremy Trimble, Erick Trimble, Roy Ammon and Nick White Sr. Sisters Laura &Bob Borden, Becky & Mike Carroll, Margret (Tosh) Tatum, Doneen Trimble, Jonelle Amos, Cathy & Lonnie Danel, David & Karmen Rowland. Brothers Greg Trimble, Lawrence & Sharon Reed, Raldon Brown, Bradley Amos and his very special brother, Howard McCovey. He was loving Papa to Jessica Ammon, Chauncey (Buddy Boy) Ammon, Nicky White Jr., Dayton Trimble, his little Ishi Trimble, his princess Maya Trimble and his hospital buddy, Mann Elmer (Brother Man)Donahue-Hernandez and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Trimble, Sr, brother Donald (Moonie) Trimble, grandparents, Fred and Lena Trimble and Charles and Sadie McCovey. Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services for Rodney at the Assembly of God Church on Tish Tang Road in Hoopa, Saturday, September 04, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. with Pastor Juan Armand officiating. Rodney's ashes will be placed with his grandmother, Lena Trimble, privately by his family, at the Willow Creek Cemetey.
