Geraldine E. Moser

Geraldine was born June 30, 1927 in Mobridge, South Dakota as Geraldine Evelyn Nelson. She was the youngest of seven siblings. Geraldine started working at a very young age at a Laundromat & Dry Cleaners and spent her earnings on new clothes. She especially loved dresses!

Geraldine married the love her life, Oscar Moser on September 14, 1947. They moved to West Covina where they lived for 36 years and raised their three children, Stanley, Randy and Patricia.

In 1986 they retired and moved to Jess Ranch in Apple Valley, CA to enjoy their golden years. Geraldine continued to bake and cook. She was an avid seamstress who loved to sew, crochet, needlepoint and bead. Upon Oscar's passing in 2010, Geraldine moved back to West Covina and resided in an assisted living facility for the last years of her life. She had many friends at the Regency Grand who she enjoyed spending time with, as well as crafting and playing BINGO.

She is survived by her son, Randy Moser, daughter, Patricia Lawson, daughter-in-law Betty Moser, 5 grandchildren, 11 grandchildren, as well as her brother, Loren Dale Nelson. Geraldine was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Moser and son, Stanley Moser.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at Sunset Hills Memorial Park. A celebration of Geraldine's life will take place at a future date.
