He was born in Plattsburgh NY in 1963 to Leonard Herbert St Louis and Joyce Marie St Louis nee Macey and grew up in a large household of 3 brothers and 2 sisters. He studied Accounting and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Business, but his true passion lie with Culinary Management and spending time with his family.
Paul was a devoted and loving father to Justin (38), Paula-Jean (34), and Melisa (32), who dearly miss him and the life lessons he imparted to them. His family meant the world to him, and he would have done anything to see them succeed in life.
Though he loved baseball, movies/TV and listening to his music, Paul’s favorite role was that of a Grandparent. He treasured his time with his grandkids; Zaiden (9) and Xionna (7) and loved being their Grandfather. He never failed to sneak them yummy treats, play board games or tease them at the dinner table to enjoy the time he had with them. His Granddaughter especially had her Grandfather’s heart wrapped around her tiny finger since the day she was born.
Paul will always be remembered for his love and unfailing ability to find the joyous moments in even the smallest of actions. We will always imagine hearing him say ‘I love you, too” on the other side of the phone and could not have asked for a better Father/Grandfather/Brother/Son. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
Paul is preceded in death by his Father; Leonard St Louis, Mother; Joyce St Louis, and Sister: Jane Seymour nee St Louis and is survived by Son; Justin St Louis, Daughters; Paula-Jean St Louis and Melisa St Louis-Cashman, Brothers; Jeff St Louis, David St Louis and Todd St Louis, Sister Tammy St Louis and grandchildren; Zaiden St Louis and Xionna St Louis.
His Celebration of Life Ceremony will be on Tuesday, July 16th from 2:00pm until 5:00pm. Located at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 601 N Park Ave, Apopka Florida.
