My condolences to the Smith Family. Christina was a very humble, kind, and compassionate young lady. She was often the first person I would mostly see in the morning, and always on Wednesday staff meetings. Her smile and humor will be greatly missed. May God keep her in his light, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Christina’s Uncle Ron and Aunt Barbara were so thrilled when Elaine  and Ron were blessed with their beautiful baby girl. She was a joy to watch as she grew into a beautiful and strong young woman!

We cherish the memory of the many Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations  our family was able to share  with Christina and her mom over  the years after her dad Ron Smith passed .

My condolences and prayers are with yhe family of Christina Smith.  I got to work with her at Entertainment before leaving UO in 2012.  She was a sweet person, coordinating meeting and mail when she was Ent Base.  I know those that still work in Entertainment will miss her smiling face.  God saw you were tired of the stress and pain you went through.   He decided to call your name, so you could rest from everything you were going through.   We all stand in the line awaiting for Him to call us when He knows it's time.  Thanks for the time you were with us.

Our earthly world has lost a kind, caring, loving, beautiful lady.  Having you  among the angels and heavenly stars now, means we are all a little safer, all a lot more blessed, and our spirits raised that much brighter, because the light of Christina Smith is forever in our hearts. Thank you, my truly extraordinary friend, for all the unforgettable moments, working side by side... and for grabbing my hand when the waters got too deep. You will be eternally loved and unforgotten by everyone who had the honor to know you. I'll see you on the other side, Girl. (Possibly you could put in a good word for me... or just warn them a little:-) And I just heard your, "Oh, Max-ie!" God, how I miss that! And will miss you. Love and Blessings!


Christina had such a kind heart.  She cared so much for the Down Syndrome families that would come to Universal...she wanted to lead the project every time they came.  She also gave countless hours to our program Art of Tomorrow.  I have many memories of discussing the events and her always being a calm, kind, giving person.  This breaks my heart that we've lost her but I know she's in the heavens and free of pain now. RIP Christina

I’m very grateful and blessed to have been apart of Christina’s life over the last several years.  We have shared so many memories:   theme parks, new restaurants, movies, theatrical productions, concerts (very happy she got to see Pink a couple years back and always had to see Bare-naked Ladies when they were in Florida), trying out hotels, reality tv shows, sharing a house, rescuing a cat, rescuing a dog, so many stories of working at Universal (our home and families away from home), just to name a few.  

She always had a positive outlook on life and brought out the best version in everyone she touched.  She liked to have fun and would live life to her fullest.  

I am deeply saddened to have lost my best friend and will no longer be able to talk to her everyday, and share more memories together; but know that she is no longer in pain or in any discomfort.  I will always hold close the time that we share together and cherish those memories made.  Her kind and loving spirit will forever be in the hearts of her friends, family, and co-workers.

I will always remember her at Universal entertaining the guests.  Her great smile was contagious.   Her family is in my prayers.

Christina and I worked around each other for years, but it was in 2019 when I had the opportunity to spend extended time with her. She took me under her wing and taught me everything I would need to know to cover her duties so she could enjoy a vacation. I don’t know if she ever truly realized what big shoes those were to fill. We laughed together and got to know each other better and she was always available to share a story over lunch or impart her knowledge when I was stuck. Christina, you will be missed and there is a large hole torn in the fabric of our UO family. 

I worked with Christina and her mother Elaine in costuming and stayed in touch over the years online. I had just talked to Christina's  cousin Cindy this past Sunday about trying to get out to see her tomorrow on my day off...I am just so saddened by the news of her passing. I'm so sorry I didn't get to visit with her one more time.

Rest in Paradise my sweet friend, my heart goes out to all who loved you and to all whos lives you touched...you will be missed by many. 


Christina was always someone who had a great sense of humor and was always smiling. She was one of my colleagues many years ago and truly a gem. Rest easy Christina  😔💔

Heaven has truly gained a kind, selfless, giving and compassionate sweet soul.  Our entire family will miss you and will never forget the celebrations we all shared together. From simple home dinners, birthday and holiday gatherings, theme park and special event excursions to being their for each other during hurricane evacuations. Thank you for being a big part of our family and we will meet again. Sending hugs, love and prays to all who had the pleasure of knowing such a beautiful person. 

Christina, you were the sweetest person. I knew I could always count on your for help. You helped train me when I started in T65 at base then we were admins together. We worked in events and my animate days as you helped with my costumes - you always went above and beyond and were such a hard worker. I had fun Learning to cook with you -we were a good team and didn’t burn down the kitchen connected to the bistro! lol our team building admin events, our yearly breakfast and our birthday and holiday  lunches and so much more. You will never be forgotten and you will be truly missed. See you on the other side… rip…

Christina and I worked together for years and I’m so glad to have known her. She was kind to everyone.  Her quiet giggle will be missed. I’m grateful she has peace, God bless her family.

What can I say? You were my partner in crime. We had so many great memories and countless laughs. I wish I could have gotten lunch with you one more time. I will miss you more than you know. 

I’m sorry for your loss. Christina was one of the nicest souls I have ever had the honor of knowing. She was always quick with a smile and a willingness to help in anyway she could. She will be deeply missed.

Christina is a friend, co-worker but my special memories with her was sitting for countless hours over the past 15 years as lunch buddies!  Some would join, some would eat at their desk but I was always asking Christina when she wanted to eat.   In a department of crazy and chaos, she brought a peace and calm.  The millions of conversations over work, co-workers, TV, movies, family, friends, lives of past, present and future.  I cherish that time more than you will ever know!
