Rachael Jayne Sorensen 47, passed away quietly on Monday, December 6, 2021 at her home. She made her impact in Apex, Maryland, Florida, Ocean City, and anywhere else that she ran into people. She leaves flowers in her footsteps, and perfume in the air, and heavy hearts in the family and friends she leaves behind.
