Mike was born June 8, 1964 in Pequannock, NJ to the late William and Mary Doyle Rourke. He was a graduate of Pequannock Township High School in 1982. Mike was employed with Brenntag, doing chemical distribution in the US, as a District Operations Manager with over 30 years of service. He was an avid golfer, fisherman and hunter. Mike was married for 33 years to Joan Barton Rourke. He loved his family and his pets, Max, Bunny and Simba.
Mike is survived by his wife, Joan; three sisters, Kathy McMinn, Karen Budnik, and Mary Ellen Tuohy; three brothers, John, William, and Tim Rourke; and twelve nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be scheduled later this summer.
