Michael Gaudreau

Michael Edward Gaudreau, 69 of Goldsboro, passed away peacefully in the care of family on October 18, 2023 after a long fierce battle with cancer. Michael was born on July 21, 1954 to the late Hector and Estelle Gaudreau. He served in the United States Air Force and spent 37 years as an AFETS personnel in Flight Controls working with F15 Eagle Fighter Jets for the Department of Defense.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Bobby Gaudreau and Eddie Gaudreau. He is lovingly remembered by his daughters, Amber Croad (Josh) and Autumn Simmons (Michael); brothers, Mark Gaudreau and Jim Gaudreau; sister, Barbara (Gaudreau-Fautrelle); and four granddaughters, Jenaye Gaudreau, Caleigh Croad, Layla Croad, and Mikaela Simmons.

Family will receive friends and guests on Sunday, October 29, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. He will be laid to rest at Coastal Carolina State Veterans cemetery in Jacksonville, NC on Monday, October 30, 2023 at 12:00 PM.
