He is survived by his mother, Chieko Tubilleja; his aunt, Chizuko; his sisters, Karen and Rita; brothers, William and Joseph; his cousin, Junko; nephews, Ethan, Thomas and Kai; nieces, Jade and Olivia; great-nephews, Royal, Damonie and Matias; and great-nieces, Jiselle, Promise, and Arya. Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Ciriaco Tubilleja.
Kenneth was known for his warm, compassionate, and supportive nature. He was described as smart, kind, generous, and accepting. His family and friends will always remember his loving and caring personality. Kenneth had a distinguished military career, serving in the Army Active for 12 years and the Army Reserve for 6 years. He was associated with 82nd Airborne during his service. Between his deployments, Kenneth pursued his passion for college football and basketball, hiking, running and enjoying good food and laughs with loved ones.Kenneth's educational journey included attending Western High School and higher education at UNLV, WVU, and Springfield, MA University, where he received a PHD in sports psychology. In his free time, he enjoyed watching and attending college sports games, especially football and basketball.
