Katherine M. Hill

Katherine Marie Hill, 97, passed away on January 9, 2015 in the comfort of her home. Born on May 31, 1917 in Highland Park, Michigan; she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Robert W. Hill.

Katherine was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is lovingly remembered by her children: Joyce Hill, Carol Sowell (Eugene), Bruce Hill (Anne), and Mary Anne Dickinson (Jim); grandchildren: Karen Hausser (Dan), Eric Dickinson (Lisa), Laurie Suson (Gail), Aaron Hill (Amanda) and Julia Sorochan (Mike); great-grandchildren: Claudia Dickinson, Jimmy Dickinson, Katherine Suson, Mary Margaret Suson and Zosha Hill; and by many loving nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 from 10-11 AM at Holy Infant Catholic Church in Durham, with a Mass to be held at 11 AM. Interment will be held at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
