Howard "Gray" Hall

Mr. Howard “Gray” Hall, born April 21, 1942, died peacefully on Tuesday, July 4, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard William Hall, Alice Buchanan Hall and stepfather Lonnie Gordon Harmon. He is survived by his son Warren Gray Hall, his daughter Debbie Hall Harbin and her husband Bobby and three grandchildren Kaytlin, Haley, and Colby whom he loved dearly. He is also survived by his brother, James Ray Hall, his wife Terry and their three children.

The Memorial service will be on Friday, July 7, 2017 at 12:00 pm at Apex Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior. Graveside service to follow at Center United Methodist Church, 4141 S. Plank Rd, Sanford, NC.

He retired from the state where he worked as a state auditor for many years. After retiring he moved to the coast where he enjoyed fishing and continued his love of sports by selling and buying sports memorabilia. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren and they loved their time with their Papa.
