Born on January 9, 1989, in Parkville, Maryland, Brian was the beloved son of Darren Garrison and Harriet Virtue Garrison.
He proudly served his country in the United States Navy, achieving the rank of Gunnery Mate Second Class Petty Officer. Following his military service, Brian pursued a career as a mechanical engineer, where his natural talent for building anything and problem-solving shone using his hands.
Brian had an extraordinary gift for working with his hands. Whether it was cars, bikes, or equipment of any kind, he could tinker with and build just about anything. He especially loved riding motorcycles—his Honda CBR 600 held a special place in his heart.
A passionate enthusiast of computers and video games, Brian found joy in both technology and mechanics.
Above all else, Brian lived for his family. He was a devoted husband to Kourtnie Garrison of Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina and a loving father to Alina Jane Garrison of Raleigh, North Carolina; Aubrey Michelle Garrison and Penelope Lou Garrison of Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina; and stepdaughter Pyper Dean Pittman of Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. His daughters were the sparkle in his eyes and the center of his world.
He is also remembered as a loving son, by his parents Darren and Harriett Garrison of Capon Bridge, West Virginia; as a loving brother, by his only brother, U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class AD1 Benjamin Connor Garrison and wife Hailey Montana Garrison of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his sister Jordan Elizabeth Garrison of Winchester, Virginia; his aunt Deborah Garrison of Capon Bridge, West Virginia, his paternal grandparents Jack and Janice Garrison of Capon Bridge, West Virginia.
Brian was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Agnes Virtue.
Known for his kindness, humor, and unwavering love for those closest to him, Brian will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May his memory bring comfort to those he leaves behind.
