Betty Prince Council

Betty was born April 6, 1941 to the late Charlie Roark and Lockie Emmett Roark. She worked as a private duty nurse for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Council; sisters, Blanche Ware and Patty Cressel; brother, Richard Roark; and granddaughter, Elli Prince.

Betty is survived by her son, Eddie Prince and his wife, Tina of Willow Spring; granddaughter, Casey Prince; sisters, Ethel Anderson and Martha Burton; special friend, Margie Huggins; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 11 am Friday, December 12, 2014 at Apex Funeral Home Chapel, 550 W. Williams St, Apex, NC 27502, with Rev. Joe Coker officiating. Burial will follow the service at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Apex. The family will receive friends 6-8pm Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the funeral home.
