Ben made so many friends throughout his career and he never thought of it as work, because he loved to witness and fellowship with others.
Ben faithfully served and worshiped the Lord at Ephesus Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC and also through his bus ministry with his fellow Christ follower, Perry Brown, where they would take many youth groups to the Word of Life camp in Schroon Lake, NY that was started by Jack Wyrtzen and Harry Bollback.
A generous giver of his time and money, he served his Lord not only in giving to his home church, but also in giving to numerous missionaries and other Christian organizations. His faith and love for Christ was bold and without reservation.
