To Amber kids...Although I knew your mom back in high school I had to share what a happy, kind and wonderful person your mom was.  She was always smiling and had a HUGE heart for others.  She is now watching over you as your guardian angel.

I will never forget the good times Amber and I had in High School. We sure did enjoy each others company. I am so saddened by this. I just ran into Amber in Brentwood at our local coffee shop when she had her first child. I am in shock and want to give her Mom a big hug!

Dear Cousins - my heart goes out to you during this tragic time of loss. The news just reached me here in Seattle. I remember the day Amber was born - I was nearly 14. My mom shared the news of a new cousin in the family. Amber was such a beautiful girl. We always enjoyed getting the family photos. Everyone was very proud of her. I am so sad. I will never be able to tell you how you touched my life. I've been thinking about you nonstop since I heard the news that you are gone.  I have had the wonderful gift of the memories of all of the time we spent together. I feel like you are here walking through those memories with me. We met while we were both pregnant. Me with my girls and you with Alex. You moved down the street from us, and we had our girls on the same day. We were just rooms apart in the Maternity ward. I didn't know then what a gift that would be. We spent those early years with our girls on walks to the park talking. Everyone would ask us if they were triplets. You answered all of my new mom questions since you were an old pro at it. Little Robert showed you the ropes. We spent a lot family time just doing the simple things like having dinner together while the kids ran around and trashed the house. We drank lots of wine and coffee just enjoying each others company. If I had only known then that it would be such a brief moment in time I would have held you so much closer and told you everyday what you mean to me.  You were my friend and I will cherish that forever until we meet again. 

Here is a thought that came to me today when I was thinking about you. I know it came from you the master organizer. 

"Kelli don't just organize your closets and drawers, but you must organize your priorities" 

Robert, Alex, and Abbie your mom loves you so much. You each have the best part of her in you, and she will always be watching over you. We love you guys. Izzy and Olivia want to see you soon.

Awe Amber!!!!  Though I have not seen you for SO many years, I have such great memories of you in high school.  You had the biggest heart, kindest attitude, infectious smile and such silliness in you.  Thank you for blessing my life with your spirit. Although I did not know Amber and family, I am very sorry for her loss. The expressions sent by those who knew her tell the story that she was a good person and a good mother.
