Age 89 of Anoka passed away May 20, 2020.
Born in Barron, WI on August 20, 1930. While serving in the Air Force in Tucson, Arizona he met and married the love of his life Addie Hancock on March 4, 1950. He had many small hobbies and was an avid bread baker. He was a truck driver and retired from Briggs Trucking. He then worked several years at Rise as a transportation scheduler. After retirement he and Addie spent their winters in Arizona for 20 years. He was a kind and gentle person who delighted in spending his time with friends and family. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
Preceded in death by parents Fred and Margaret, brother Bruce, sisters Marian, Barbara and Ruth, daughter Susan Arndt, grandson Jesse Smith, and son in law Ron Osell.
He is survived by his loving wife Addie, children Robert (Cindy) Arndt, Judy Osell, Michael (Robin) Arndt, 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
