When I was going through my divorce and pregnant, my Mom was my birth coach, she went to the classes with me and coached me through labor & delivery. I don’t have pictures of her at the hospital because she was the one taking the pictures. 

My Mom loved being with family, family picnics, family get togethers and she took us with her to her sister Muriel’s house a lot, the sisters would talk & talk.

Ahh Momma, you loved us all so much! I remember how you came to the hospital when Jesse was born and I am so glad you did! I didn't realize how much I would want my Mom when I delivered my first child. (and 2nd, 3rd ) You did so many kind things for my family over the years and I didn't appreciate you like I should have. 1 Corinthians 16:14 says; "Be completely humble and gentle, be patient, bearing with one another in love." Mom thank you for living out your faith and teaching us about Jesus. I remember going to Aunt Muriels and sitting under the kitchen table while you and your sisters laughed and joked; I thought - I want to be funny like my mom when I grow up. I also have fond memories, at Muriels of laying on the couch curled up behind your legs with my head on your hip while you ran your fingers through my hair. You loved to put our hair (not Danny) in pincurls and get your hair done at the beauty shop - but I remember you putting your brown  hair in a cute little ponytail that curled under and some lipstick, that's how you dressed up.

Grandma, I love you so much. You were always there for us.  Thank you for watching me so my mom could work. Thank you for all the fun, smarties, coke, laughs and love you showed to us.  You loved us SO much.  You  mean a lot to me and I am going to miss you so very much 

I was lucky to have such a close relationship with my grandma. She took care of my sister, and I when we were little. Grandma like to share stories of roller skating and how she bought her own wedding ring. Grandma would also do just about anything we asked her to like putting on hats, doing funny poses and taking out her dentures. My most recent memories is when grandpa and grandma stayed with my parents. The photo below is from Mother's Day 2012. I miss you grandma. 

I remember Aunt Nancy as a deeply religious woman.  I bet my Grandma L.C. was proud of her.   I remember Nancy enjoying humor - even my Dad's humor.  Nancy would laugh and say "Oh Stanley".   Nancy was a good woman and she really loved her family.
