Sue Cody of Wellington, Alabama, 84 years of age, member of Cane Creek Church, went to be with the Lord on October 6, 2018. A celebration gathering will be at Chapel Hill Funeral Home of Anniston at 2:00 p. m. on Wednesday October 10, 2018. Visitation from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Officiating will be Pastor Danny Waddell and Rev. Kenneth Welch. Pallbearers will be David Cody, Butch Cody, Joel Conway, Rick Ashley, David Taylor and Brenton Harden. Honorary pallbearers are friends and neighbors and a special friend and prayer partner, Josiah Nielsen.
She is survived by one daughter, Tina (Greg) Levesque, one son, Steven (Wanda) Cody, four grandchildren, Jeff (Jerri) Cash, Sidney Cody, Adrian Land, Britney ( Ben) Martin, seventeen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, one sister, Jean Sparks and one brother Paul Taylor both from Florida. She is preceded in death by parents, Will and Lizzie Taylor, husband Leonard Cody and sister Jo Roper, Vyonne Daniel, Ferrell Taylor. The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Euip2serve, missions of Africa.
