Steve is survived by his wife, Patricia Sprayberry; daughter Traci Lynn Williams (Rusty); step-daughters Sommer Bozarth and Kristin Bozarth; son Stephen Sprayberry (Retta); step-sons Gregory Bozarth; and Dustin Bozarth; nephew Todd Sprayberry. Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Steve was preceded in death by parents Milburn and Kathleen Sprayberry; brother Michael Sprayberry and brother Butch Roberts.
Funeral services for Steve Sprayberry will be Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Gray Brown Service Mortuary with Rev. Jeff Shaver officiating. Burial will follow at Forestlawn Gardens, 730 Golden Springs Road Anniston, Al. 36207. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
Serving as pallbearers are Scott Sprayberry, Jamison Griffin, Blake Randles and Gregory Bozarth.
Steve was a native of Georgia and a resident of Alabama. He graduated from Chattooga High School and served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. Steve worked for Ron Newton for around 10 years as a mechanic and also cooked at the Goal Post for awhile. He loved motorcycles, fishing and Alabama football.
