Sandra Gail (Bartlett) Underwood

Visitation for Sandra will be on Saturday September 17, 2022, from 11am until 1pm at Edgewood Congregational Methodist Church. Funeral Service will be held at 1 pm following visitation. Rev. Lee Bridges, Dr. Bill Snow, Jon Underwood and Rev. Marian New will be officiating. Burial will be at Anniston Memorial Gardens.

Sandra is survived by her husband of 66 years Clifford J. Underwood; daughter, Tammy Bridges (Ron); sons, Tracy Joe Underwood (Cindy) and Patrick Jon Underwood (Candace); sister, Peggy Heard; grandchildren, Lee Bridges (Michelle), Josh Underwood (Michaela), Bethany Brooks (Alex), Jacob Underwood, Joseph Underwood (Anna), Cole Underwood and Courtney Underwood; great-grandchildren, Clay Bridges, Cooper Bridges, Maci Rae Underwood, Charli Underwood, Halli Underwood and River Underwood; Fur baby C.J. and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents Paul and Laura Bartlett and her son, Lon Underwood.

Pallbearers will be Josh Underwood, Jacob Underwood, Joseph Underwood Cole Underwood, Clay Bridges and Cooper Bridges.

Mrs. Underwood was a lifelong resident of Calhoun County. She was a member of McCoy United Methodist Church where she was the church organist and pianist for 60 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother who will be dearly missed.
