Phil Kelley

Jay passed away at 4:01 am on June 1, 2022 at the young age of 44 due to a massive heart attack while he was at work. He was born June 9, 1977 to Phil Kelley and Gayle Stephens in Anniston, Alabama.

Jay was husband to Nina Kelley; father to Tyler, Harley, and Payten; step-father to Adam, Michelle (Chika), and Brad; Opa to Parker, John, Paislee, and Kelechi; brother to Elizabeth (Kenneth), Jason (Amanda), James (Katie), and Kristen; as well as a nephew and cousin in his large family. He was respected and loved among his coworkers/friends at Honda. Jay will be fondly remembered for his love of his family, movies and books, the occasional videogames, and his love of sweets. He is now among the heavens with his loved ones whom have passed before him.

As per his wishes, there will be a private immediate family viewing, June 3, 2022 before being cremated. A memorial service will be done at a later date to be announced when final plans are made.
