Michael Dwayne Watson

A celebration of life for Mr. Michael Watson, 52, of Jacksonville, will be Sunday, 2 pm on January 21st, 2024, at Saks First United Methodist Church with Pastor Marian New officiating. Mr. Watson passed away on January 18th, 2024.

He is survived by his parents, Roy and Cecile Watson; sister, Jennifer Sauerland (Adam); brother, Ed Watson (Shelly); nephews, Adrian Sauerland, Luke Watson; niece Katie Watson; great-niece, Ryleigh Turner.

Mr. Watson is preceded in death by his grandparents, Lucille and Oneal Woolbright, John and Louise Watson; uncle, Floyd Oneal Woolbright.

Michael had a love for music, wrestling, Alabama football, and nascar racing. His favorite nascar drivers were Dale Sr. and Dale Jr. Michael never met a stranger and was a very special person. He also participated in the Special Olympics.
