Anniston - Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Marie Williams, 85 of Anniston will be Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Lloyd’s Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Norris Brooks, Rev. Kyle Williams, and Rev. Greg Jones officiating with burial following at Maple Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday Night from 6-8 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home.
Mrs. Williams passed away September 27 at her home in Anniston.
Mrs. Williams is survived by her daughters, Darlene (Donald) Williams, and Kathy (Norris) Brooks; son, Terry (Patricia) Williams; daughter-in-law, Ann Williams; sister, Margaret of Kansas; grandchildren, Thurman Bowers, Renae (Mark), Elaine Brooks, Ellen (Rob) Hester, Jonathan (Amanda) Brooks, Matthew (Traci) Williams, Carol Williams, Lynn Hughes, Cora (Nick) Conner, Kyle (Leslie) Williams, and Bradley (Jessica) Williams; great-grandchildren, Jamey Boatman, Shelby Boatman, Matt (Cressa) Williams Jr., Amber Williams, Scarlett Williams, Tori Bowers, Olivia Bowers, Heather Craig, Caleb Carter, Liam Williams, Hunter Carter, Caitlyn Carter, Gavyn Williams, Erica Brooks and Ethan Williams; great great-grandchildren, Samuel Williams, and three on the way.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Williams; son, David Williams.
Pallbearers will be Bradley Williams, Matt Williams Jr., Matt Williams Sr., Jonathan Brooks, Lynn Hughes, and Nick Conner. Honorary pallbearers will be Norris Brooks and Chuck Hightower
Mrs. Williams was a native Missouri and lived most of her life in Calhoun County; she was a member of Lloyd’s Baptist Church. Mrs. Williams will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her
