Mary Jo King

Mary is survived by her daughters Mary Alice King Higgins and Kelly Leann Roberts; her sister Paula Faye Mason (Walter), her brothers Johnny Patterson (Pat) and Morris Douglas Patterson (Theresa); her grandchildren Jenny Waldrop and Jessica Waldrop; her great grandchildren Jaelynn King, Brylee Waldrop, Chance King, Breyden Mosely and Kenneth Mosley and her life-long friend, Marlene Davis.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband Clyde E. King; her parents Austin and Helen Patterson and her brother Bill Patterson.

A visitation for Mary will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary & Crematory, 1329 Wilmer Ave, Anniston, Alabama 36201, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Burial will be held at Anniston Memorial Gardens.

Serving as pallbearers are Brent Sims, Shaun Mosley, Allen Mosley, James Patterson and Archie Reid.

Mary was a life-long resident of Calhoun County. She was a member of Westwood Baptist Church. She had a giving heart and was loved greatly by her family; and she will be truly missed.
