Judith Dee Pace Dunaway

Heflin – Funeral services for Mrs. Judith Dunaway, 66 of Heflin will be Wednesday April 11, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Ronny Moore officiating burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Alexandria. The family will receive friends from 12 noon till service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Dunaway passed away Thursday, April 5, 2012 at RMC.

Survivors include her sons, Joseph Wayne (Susan) Dunaway and Robert Clinton (Carrie) Dunaway; sisters, Joan Pace (Lonnie) Thompson, Estelle Pace (Dannie) Frisby, Lena Pace Hortsman, Sarah Pace Grubbs; brother, Jonathan A. (Diane) Pace; grandchildren, Britny Caverly, Casey Dunaway, Morgan Dunaway, Jordan Dunaway, Taylor Dunaway, Meghan Dunaway, Donavan Roberts, and Samuel Dunaway

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Mrs. Dunaway is a native Georgia but lived in Heflin for the past 8 years; she was of the Baptist Faith. Mrs. Dunaway was retired from Nursing after 35 years, and attended nursing school for two years.

Mrs. Dunaway is preceded in death by her parents, George and Sybil Pace; son, Samuel Martin Dunaway; Sister, Rachel Pace Thompson; brother, Raymond Pace; nephew, Todd Pace.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to defray the final cost.
