Joshua is survived by his son Taylor Ward Hamby; his daughters Alyssa Greenlee Hall Hamby; Tara Grace Hamby; Constance Marie Hannah Hamby; and Jessica Suzanne Hamby; his mother Catina Kelley; his brother Phillip Decker; his uncles James Ramsey and Troy Gleason and several nieces and nephews.
Joshua was preceded in death by his father Allen Hamby; his grandmother Constance Gleason, and his great aunt Theresa Gleason.
A visitation for Joshua will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary & Crematory, 1329 Wilmer Ave, Anniston, Alabama 36201. A graveside service will be held Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Post Oak Baptist Cemetery, 2427 Post Oak Rd, Jacksonville, Alabama 36265.
Joshua was a joy to be around. He loved to hunt, fish and watch Alabama Football. He was a loving son, brother, father and friend, and he will be greatly missed.
