So heartbroken to learn of the passing of Bro. J.D. We really enjoyed attending church with him as well as all of you @ Greenbrier Road Baptist Church for years. I also enjoyed serving in the Staff- Deacon Fellowship w/ J.D. for four years that I served as a Deacon there. He would always bring joy to ones heart. He was always there for my late wife, Teresa who was the Daycare Director from the time it opened in 1995 until it was abruptly closed in 2002, in which J.D. was her "Boss". Such a good man, Christian, family man, Children's Minister, & clown. God bless & comfort you Denise and family during this hurting time...

Sorry to hear about J.D.I saw him at our 40th high school reunion in 2014.Great person and wonderful Christian man.My greatest condolences to Denise and all the family.Look forward to seeing him again in heaven when my time comes.May God comfort you all with His Holy Spirit and the promise of eternal life because of Jesus and His amazing grace.

I can't come up with something eloquent enough to portray just how much JD Plummer has affected my family's lives.  He was a blessing to everyone he knew.  I'm so proud he's home with the Savior he loved so much!  Praise God for his ultimate healing and the blood Jesus shed in order for JD to receive that healing.
