John E. Ward

Funeral service for John E. Ward, 66, of Ohatchee, will be 1pm Monday, July 6, 2015 at Gray Brown-Service Chapel. Burial will follow at Forestlawn Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday from 12 - 1 pm at the funeral home. Mr. Ward passed away Thursday, July 2, 2015 at RMC.

Survivors include his siblings, Albert E. Ward Jr. (Lauren), Deborah Ward New (Ted), Rebecca Ward Huddleston, Linda Ward Nichols, Jerre Ward (Billie), Perre Ward (Shirley), Julie Ward Hynes (Ron), Sonya Ward-Bautista (Ruben), Gregory Ward and many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Ward is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Bessie Ward.

Mr. Ward was a graduate of Walter Wellborn High School, Class of 1967 and graduated from Palm Springs Community College. He retired from Johnson Control in Maryland as a public works manager and also was a master electrician. Mr. Ward was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard.
