Funeral Services will be held at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Byron Duke, Pastor Andy Lambert and Bro. David L. Duke officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to service. Burial to follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Walker is preceded in death by his parents Elbert and Lilly Walker. Siblings - Peggy Ruth, Johnny, George, Joe, Della and Josie. And Child - Baby girl. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Janice. 5 children - Gary and his wife Holly, Sherry and her husband David, Crystal, Shane, Joey and his wife Courtney. 10 Grandchildren - Geannie and her husband Max, Beth, Isaiah and his wife Gabriela, Katie, Natalie, Frankie, Mickey, C.J., Daulton, and Locklyn, Matthew and his wife Sasha, Courtney and her husband Ben; great granddaughter, Juniper, and 1 Great Grandson, baby Walker on the way. Siblings - Buford, Eddie, Barbara, Linda, Juanita and Frances.

Pallbearers will be Gary Walker, Shane Lucado, Shane Parris, Doyle Haynes Sr., Buford Walker and James Henderson.

Mr. Walker retired from Anniston Sports Wear after 27 years and was a member of Alexandria Valley Church of God. He had an amazing love for his family, God and Alabama Football. He loved working in his yard. His all-time favorite job was door greeting for his friends at The Alexandria Valley Church of God on Sunday mornings.
