Gerald Freeman

Mr. Freeman is survived by his wife, Alma Freeman; daughters, Brenda Elliott (Zan), Robbie Alexander (Steve); sons, Danny Freeman (Susan); sister, Shirley Waters (Mike); grandchildren, Erik Elliott (Heather), Alex Freeman, Hayley Loeken (Emil), Mark Alexander (Marie), Phillip Alexander; great grandchildren, Autumn, Avery, John Penn, Pippa, James.

Mr. Freeman is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Margaret Freeman; parents, William and Eloise Freeman; sister, Edna Freeman.

Mr. Freeman was a longtime resident of Anniston and was a business salesman who many people knew as the “Uniform Man”. He was the oldest living member of Harvest Church of God. Mr. Freeman was an Army veteran who served in WWII. He was also a Lieutenant with the Civil Air Patrol in Gadsden. He was a strong man of faith who loved his family very much. He was quick with a joke and always had a smile for everyone. A husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend who will be greatly missed.
