Euell D Mulkey

Graveside service for Euell D. "Buck" Mulkey will be 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2017, at Anniston Memorial Gardens with Dr. Don Hamilton officiating. The family will receive friends from 12-1:30 p.m. at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home. Mr. Mulkey passed away on Monday at NHC. Mr. Mulkey is survived by his daughter, Pam Turner (Ricky), sons, Stanley Mulkey (LaRue), Randy Mulkey, Jeff Mulkey (Lisa); grandchildren, Allison McCulley, Corey Wells, Ryan Wells, and Caylon Lloyd; several great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Mulkey is preceded in death his wife, of 56 years, Ola Robertson Mulkey; his parents, Wilson and Lillie Price Mulkey; brothers, Coleman, Melvin, Howard, and Neal Mulkey, and sisters, Betty Ann Mulkey and Reba Walls. Pallbearers will be sons and grandsons. Mr. Mulkey was a native of Cleburne County but lived in Saks for most of his life. He retired from Union Foundry as a welder. He was an avid fan of Alabama football, Braves baseball and the Saks Wildcats. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be missed. Flowers will be accepted, but donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation at alzfdn.org or to the National Kidney Foundation at kidney.org
