Clara Haynes White

Ohatchee - Funeral services for Mrs. Clara White, 82 of Ohatchee will be Friday, February 21, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Matthews and Rev. Wayne Gardner officiating with burial following at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m. at the Funeral Home.

Mrs. White passed away February 18, 2014 at Golden Living in Oxford.

Mrs. White is survived by her son, Ronnie W. (Melane) White; sister-in-law, Marzie Haynes; grandchildren, Katie (Chris) Garrard, and, Cameron White; great-grandchildren, Olivia and Owen Garrard; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Pallbearers will be Cameron White, Chris Garrard, Mike Garrard, Ernest Mitchell, Tim Pedersen, Gary Price, and Owen Garrard.

Mrs. White was proceeded in death by her husband, Donald E. White; brothers, Louie Lee (son) and Sam Haynes.

Mrs. White was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church. She greatly enjoyed cooking large Sunday meals and joy was spending time with Olivia and Owen. She was a woman of strong Christian faith and now her faithful walk has ended with meeting her savior and reuniting with her dear husband and family members.
