A celebration of life for Chandler will be Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 12 noon at The Oxford Gaming Center, 181 Plaza Lane Oxford, Al 36203.
Chandler was a lifelong resident of Calhoun County and a graduate of Walter Wellborn High School class of 2022 where he played in the band. He was employed with the Oxford Gaming Center with his favorite was Magic the Gathering. He loved music and always had a smile to make everyone feel good. He loved his friends and family and wanted everyone to be unique.
"Chandler was a light for everyone fortunate enough to know him. He was loyal, quirky, funny, an old soul, who cared for and fiercely protected those he loved. Chandler East. What to say. He marched to his own beat and was never afraid to be himself. He made others feel like they mattered. He encouraged others to believe in themselves, even though he often fought those self doubt battles himself. We did not get enough time with him, but as a friend said already, we didn't have him for a long time but it was a good time. We love you and miss you buddy. We hope we all make you proud!”
