Carlos Presley

Funeral service for Carlos “Bosie” Presley, 60, of Oxford, will be 3:00 pm, Sunday, May 15, 2011, at Gray Brown-Service with Dr. Bill Snow officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1-3 pm at the funeral home. Mr. Presley died Thursday morning at Stringfellow hospital.

Survivors include daughters, Carla Haynes and husband Troy and Jada Presley; sons, Jason Presley and wife Christina, and Jeremy Presley; 8 grandchildren; sisters, Linda Prater and husband Ernest, and Wanda Thornton and husband Danny; brothers, Kenneth Presley and wife Tanya, and Billy Presley and wife Sheena; and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Presley is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Evelyn Presley; brother, Dennis Presley; grandson, Malachi Phillips, and nephew, Corey Presley

Mr. Presley was a lifetime resident of Oxford, and worked at Process Equipment in Pelham. He served in the U.S. Army, and was a wonderful and loving father and Grandfather. He will be missed by his family and friends. Online condolences made at www.graybrownservice.com
