Bobby L. Brooks

Funeral services for Bobby Lee Brooks, 56, of Anniston will be 12:00 noon, Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary & Crematory with Rev. Rodger Brothers officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00-12:00 prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Forestlawn Gardens. Mr. Brooks passed away December 5, 2013 at Regional Medical Center in Anniston, AL.

Survivors include one brother, Luther (Mary) Brooks; Uncle PK Brooks (Rita); a niece and several uncles and aunts. He is preceded in death by his father, Silvey Clyde Brooks; mother, Fay Fordham Brooks; brother, Billy Brooks; grandparents, Pascal K. Brooks and Eunice Tillison and John and Mary Fordham.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Bobby was an active participant with Park and Recreations Dances, Camps of ARC of Calhoun County. He was an avid Alabama Football fan and was able to attend some Alabama games and enjoyed every minute of it. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Saks and for several years and sang in their choir. He attended Saks High School and worked with his dad at Brooks and Son’s Carpets.
