Ms. Annie Wilmer

Ms. Annie Wilmer was the third child born to the late Mr. Joe Nathan Wilmer and the late Mrs. Cleaner Wilmer, on October 9, 1940. M.s Annie Wilmer gained her wings and halo on September 24, 2020.

Early in life, she confessed Christ in her life and attended church in the local area she lived in. She moved to Anniston in 1992, after falling in love with this area. Ms. Annie Wilmer worked at Action Industries until 2007. She attended CCATC where she participated in their Senior Citizens program. She loved bowling, going to the movies, exploring Anniston and finding new restaurants and trying out their new food. She also enjoyed going to the community dances with her many friends. She spent her quiet time listening to music and watching TV.

She leaves to cherish her memory, one son, Mr. Anthony Wilmer, Birmingham, AL; two loving sisters, Mrs. Annie Swanson, Birmingham, AL; Mrs. Cazatta Jones, Detroit, Michigan, two brothers, Mr. Gerome Leonard, Detroit, Michigan; Mr. Bailey James Davis, Florida. She also leaves to cherish her memory a long time male friend, Jimmy along with friends at HHS group home, PARD and ARC of Anniston.

Ms. Wilmer was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Wilmer; two brothers, Sam Wilmer and Bernard Martin.

Pallbearers will be John Usrey, Tony Fuller, Rick Edwards, Greg Mason, Patrick Maxwell and Jack Johnson.
