Anne Kilgore Carpenter

Funeral services for Mrs. Anne Kilgore Carpenter, 94, of Weaver, will be Thursday, June 3rd, 2021, 2:00 p.m., at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, with Rev. Don Barnett officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service, at the funeral home. Mrs. Carpenter passed away on May 30th, 2021.

She is survived by her children, Mona Dunn (Mike), Steve Kilgore (Gail), Janda Campball, Keith Kilgore (Cindy), Bryan Kilgore (Sharon), Mark Kilgore (Tonya), 17 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, including a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Dunn, Ben Kilgore, Andrew Kilgore, Justin Kilgore, Cody Dunn, Luke Rahe, Austin Dunn, and Ryon Dunn.

Honorary pallbearers will be Davis Tate and John Austin Carpenter.

Anne attended Weaver First United Methodist Church where she taught children's Sunday School. She worked at the Anniston Army Depot for many years and retired from Fort McClellan.
