Roy Cleveland Duvall, age 71 of Bridgeville, DE, passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at his home. He was born on March 5, 1951, in Annapolis, MD, son of the late Edward Sr. and Jane (Weakley) Duvall.
Mr. Duvall built a career over a span of 30 years as an electronic technician for Motorola Radio. His work took him to many areas across the country, lending his expertise mainly to federal systems; this also fed his love of travel. Mr. Duvall had many interests and hobbies. He enjoyed tinkering with and fixing antique radios and was a collector of American Flyer trains, as well as working on computers and videos. An avid science fiction fan, Mr. Duvall was excited to see new books, shows, and movies released. Above all, he cherished time spent with his beloved family. Mr. Duvall was a loving and devoted brother, uncle, and friend. Loved by many, he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Mr. Duvall is survived by his brother, Edward Duvall, Jr; his sisters: Cynthia J. Hess and Ann D. Edwards (Daniel); his nieces: Laura Hess, Cherie Weaver, Katherine Thompson (Adam), and Rebecca Toler (Dylan); his nephew, Timothy Edwards; and his great-niece, Caroline Thompson.
