Malaki Brayden McKay was born to parents, Jamie Runyon and Christ McKay, on July 7, 2023. He passed away unexpectedly, by his mother's side, on November 2, 2023 in the home he shared with his loving siblings: Mako, Aiden and Jacob. Sent as a healer and defying odds since the womb, he spent his time on earth living up to the meaning of his name: messenger of God. His smile and laughter brought immense joy to everyone he met and there is no doubt that his message is Love. As the family grieves, they find peace in knowing how hard he fought to meet them, and comfort in knowing that he is now an angel, flying amongst his bird friends.
A visitation for Malaki will be held Monday, November 13, 2023 from 9 to 11 am at John M. Taylor Funeral Home, 147 Duke of Gloucester Street Annapolis, Maryland 21401. A funeral service will occur Monday, November 13, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Funeral Home Chapel followed by a burial at Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery, 7401 German Hill Road Dundalk, MD 21222.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared on this website with the family.
