June was born in Annapolis and raised in Deale, Maryland. She attended Deale Elementary and Southern High School. After graduation she worked at the Department of Agriculture in Washington, D.C. and later worked at the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court. She married Kenneth Webb, her high school sweetheart, in 1952 and moved to Annapolis where they raised their family. June and Kenny were both longtime members of the Annapolis Elks and Fleet Reserve Club where they participated in numerous charitable events and enjoyed socializing with lifelong friends. She loved traveling, music, dancing, singing, performing on stage and entertaining friends and family. June was also an avid sports fan always rooting for her favorite Baltimore teams: the Colts, Ravens and Orioles. However, her greatest passion in life was her family. From cheering on the sidelines to applauding at performances, she rarely missed an event. The love and impact that she left on her family will never be forgotten.
A memorial gathering for June will be held Friday, January 24, 2025 from 10 to 11 at John M. Taylor Funeral Home, 147 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. A memorial service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel at 11 am.
